Brittany Bane joined the Community Legal Center team first as a summer intern, then in 2018, she came on full time as an Equal Justice Works Fellow sponsored by International Paper to represent immigrants in civil cases. After her two-year fellowship, Brittany transitioned to the Immigrant Justice Program where she assists immigrants with a variety of immigration applications and immigration court proceedings, including asylum, U-Visas for victims of violent crimes, and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Educational Psychology from Mississippi State University and a JD from the University of School of Law. Brittany is passionate about providing access to justice for underserved populations.
