Brittany Bane joined the Community Legal Center team first as a summer intern, then in 2018 she came on full time as an Equal Justice Works Fellow sponsored by International Paper to represent immigrants in civil cases. After her two year fellowship, Brittany transitioned to the Immigrant Justice Program where she assists immigrants with a variety of immigration applications and immigration court proceedings, including asylum, U-Visas for victims of violent crimes, and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Educational Psychology from Mississippi State University and J.D. from the University of School of Law. Brittany is passionate about providing access to justice for underserved populations.
