Chelsea Alkhatib is a Staff Attorney working in the civil program. Originally from New Jersey, she is a 2015 graduate of the College of New Jersey. In 2019 she received her J.D. from the University of Maryland and was awarded the Anne Barlow Prize for Service to Children and Youth.
Prior to joining the Community Legal Center, she clerked for Special Family Magistrate Andrea F. Kelly in Baltimore City. Ms. Alkhatib has a passion for working at non-profit organizations and serving the community.
