Emily Stotts is the Director of the Community Legal Center’s Immigrant Justice Program. Emily joined the Community Legal Center shortly after graduating from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2013. She represents clients in a variety of immigration proceedings ranging from affirmative applications before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, such as Special Immigrant Juvenile Status and U-visas, to deportation defense before the Executive Office of Immigration Review.
Emily is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the National Immigration Project of the National Lawyers Guild, and the Tennessee Bar Association.
