Our Mission
Our mission is to provide civil legal services to those with limited means and those who are at risk.
This comes from our conviction that regardless of one’s circumstances in life, each person deserves the opportunity to seek justice. Only when other basic needs have been met do most people have sufficient income to pay for a private lawyer.

This program provides access to civil legal counsel for Shelby County residents.
Pro Se Parents' Clinic
Assist parents with minor children in obtaining visitation rights and uncontested divorces as self-represented litigants.
Immigrant Justice Program
A variety of immigration legal services for immigrant.
Elder Law Program
Legal services for vulnerable seniors and the victims of elder abuse.
Civil Immigrant Justice Program
Our Civil Immigrant Justice Program (Civil IJP) provides legal services which are specifically tailored to meet the needs of Memphis’ large immigrant community.
