Phoebe Moore brings over two decades of experience in project management, marketing, and operations to her role as Associate Executive Director at the Community Legal Center. A lifelong Memphian with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Museum Studies from Rhodes College, Phoebe’s career spans nonprofit archives, corporate marketing, and agency leadership. Her work has always centered on building intuitive systems, fostering transparency, and streamlining operations to support teams and deliver impact.
From managing complex timelines at creative agencies to overseeing financial and administrative operations in fast-paced environments, Phoebe is known for her thoughtful leadership and commitment to efficiency. Her broad professional toolkit—built across roles in museum exhibition planning, marketing strategy, and team coordination—makes her a natural fit for supporting CLC’s mission and day-to-day management.
At home, Phoebe finds joy in art, travel, and caring for her beloved dog, Percy, along with a few charismatic cats who never fail to keep her on her toes.
